More Than Fine is a new interpretation of the Switchfoot song that originally appeared on The Beautiful Letdown. We were inspired by the re-release Switchfoot did with other artists covering songs from the album on the anniversary of its release.
Lyrically, More Than Fine encourages living to the fullest. We wanted to drive that home with a more energetic approach to the song. The result is a hard-hitting, guitar driven, indie-pop track that is still emotional and dynamic. This song will appeal to alt-rock fans of bands like Switchfoot, Collective Soul, and similar artists.
