Walk In Circles is the first track and the first single off of our debut, self titled album. The song is about breaking out of cycles of destructive behavior. So many times in life we return to situations that aren’t healthy for us because that is what we know and are comfortable with, even if we don’t like it. By honestly examining our past we can build a better future.
