Debut Album !
The View
The View is the second single and fourth track from our debut, self titled album. This rich and beautiful coffee-house-style track explores honest introspection as a path to personal growth.
It is often an unpleasant task to honestly examine ourselves. But by doing so we learn to not regret the past, and instead grow from it to help make us better people. The song is haunting, melodic, and understated yet dramatic, with the final verse crystallizing the idea: “Earworms of songs that I resent / Turn melodies of sentiment.”
